We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offer a Warranty on all our products unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you believe one of our products has become defective, please follow the guidelines detailed below to complete the warranty process.


*Please note that all replacement HID Bulb Pairs come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. We only offer a Lifetime Warranty on complete HID Kits (when bulb pairs are accompanied by our HID Ballasts).


*Please note that all non-CAN Bus replacement LED's (SMD, CREE, COB, & Switchback) come with a 1 year warranty from date of purchase.  CAN Bus replacement LED's come with a 30 day warranty from date of purchase.

*All Morimoto products are backed by the standard manufacturer warranty listed in each product description.


*Please note that all warranty items are subject to return shipping fees.


*Our HID Kit Lifetime Warranty covers all manufacture defects excluding discoloration and does not cover damage done to the product due to improper installation. All warranty claims are subject to the following terms and conditions:


(a) No physical damage. This includes broken tabs/brackets, cracked ceramic insulation, cracked glass, etc.


(b) No water damage. There can be no rust, calcium build up, etc.


(c) No cut/torn wiring.


*In the event that you have purchased any of our products and had them installed at our Huntington Beach Location, no refund will be issued for the cost of labor. Labor is 100% non-refundable.  In the event that you will require one of our technicians to remove any of our products from your vehicle, there will be a separate fee for the cost of labor.

2 easy steps to complete the warranty process for your online order:


1.

Return the defective item(s) to the HIDmasters Store location in Huntington Beach, CA:

Bring the Item(s) with a copy of your invoice/shipping confirmation e-mail to our store in Huntington Beach, CA in order for in house testing of the product in question.  Once deemed defective, you will receive an exact replacement free of cost. For ease of warranty, bring your invoice/shipping confirmation e-mail with your item(s) to the store.

2.

Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice:

Please include a copy of your invoice/shipping confirmation e-mail.

Pack the item in original packaging to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for damage to your items due to improper packaging. HID Bulbs should be shipped with their protective plastic casings.

Ship the item(s) to the address printed on the return shipping label that came with your order from the carrier of your choice. Note, we recommend using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment. Please include your name, e-mail address, and phone number along with your desired shipping address. A return email containing a tracking number along with a summary of the products tested will be sent upon diagnosis.
