Our goal her at HIDmasters is that you're completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of our products we sell, and offering incomparable customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, no matter what reason, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.


*All returns must be made within 7 days of product purchase (in-store), or within 7 days of confirmed package delivery date. No exceptions.

*All returned items must be in like-new condition and may not have any signs of physical damage, cut wires, broken tabs, installation error, tampering, or water damage.


*Please note that all returns are subject to a 20% restocking & processing fee.

*All postage/shipping fees are non-refundable, buyer is responsible for any and all return postage/shipping fees.

2 easy ways to prepare the return for your online order:

Return the item(s) to the HIDmasters Store location in Huntington Beach, CA:

Bring the Item(s) with a copy of your invoice/shipping confirmation e-mail to our store in Huntington Beach, CA for credit to your original tender or a store credit. For ease of return, bring your invoice/shipping confirmation e-mail with your purchase to the store & all original packaging.


*All returns must be made within 7 days of product purchase and must be in like new condition and include all original packaging. No exceptions.


*In the event that you have purchased any of our products and had them installed at our Huntington Beach Location, no refund will be issued for the cost of labor. Labor is 100% non-refundable.  In the event that you will require one of our technicians to remove any of our products from your vehicle, there will be a separate fee for the cost of labor.

Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice:

Please contact us directly via email at Sales@HIDmasters.com or via phone at 714.655.3798 during our hours of operation in order to obtain an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).


*All returns must be made within 7 days of confirmed delivery date and must be in like new condition and include all original packaging. No exceptions.

Pack the item in original packaging.

Ship the item(s) to the address printed on the shipping label that came with your order from the carrier of your choice. Note, we require using a carrier that will provide a tracking number for the shipment to ensure safe delivery.
